Lisa: A restaurateur from Seattle who left her life and the restaurant business to move to Oklahoma to start her own farm. What she didn’t know was it wasn’t all going to be sipping ice tea on the front porch. The physical, emotional and spiritual challenges of farming in Oklahoma became a center of self-discovery and a practice into food centric contemplative living and mindfulness.
